GTA Data Centers is seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Center Documentation and Asset Coordinator to own the source-of-truth functions across our facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and process discipline. If you're skilled in managing data and documentation systems, tracking assets across their lifecycle, and supporting cybersecurity standards, and you take pride in keeping information complete and correct, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate infrastructure records, organizing policies and workflows, and ensuring that documentation and asset management processes run seamlessly. You'll be at the center of enabling secure, resilient, and efficient operations. Additionally, supporting teams with clear data, auditable records, and evidence of control.

  • Maintain complete and current records for devices, racks, power, cabling, IP address management, circuits, and locations.
  • Enforce naming standards and reconcile data after changes.
  • Build reports and views to support planning and operations.
  • Record inbound and outbound equipment, track custody and serials, and maintain alignment between warehouse stock, DCIM, and purchasing/ticketing systems.
  • Monitor RMA cycles and critical spare levels.
  • Organize policies, procedures, and standards with version control.
  • Map workflows for processes such as change, access, and remediation.
  • Ensure evidence capture for audits and partner with Security to align with frameworks like NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001.
  • Run cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and close variances with Purchasing and Finance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and an auditable trail of exceptions.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, security, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure data consistency, accountability, and process compliance.
  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience maintaining DCIM, inventory, or documentation systems and driving data quality in operational environments.
  • Experience in asset and document management, with familiarity in ticketing and change tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with warehouse operations including receiving, RMA handling, and inventory management.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation and SOPs.
  • Valid Driver's License and US Passport.
