About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager looking to transition from field execution into a leadership-focused instructional role. As a Project Management Instructor, you will leverage hands-on experience in construction and data center environments to deliver structured, outcomes-based instruction aligned with curriculum standards. Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to teach adult learners in a structured classroom setting
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
- Minimum 4 years project management experience (Required)
- Minimum 7 years data center construction experience (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent (Required or earned within first 30 days of employment)
- OSHA 30 (Required or earned within first 30 days of employment)
Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction using internally developed lesson plans
- Facilitate student learning in project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and student performance
- Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, instructional flow, and professional standards
- Enforce school policies and testing integrity
- Provide real-world examples from data center or large-scale construction projects
- Evaluate curriculum relevance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Uphold ethical testing and evaluation standards
- Communicate supply, material, or instructional needs promptly
- Demonstrate continued professional development in project management practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
