Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: You'll assist in the development and oversight of detailed project plans, directly enabling the on-time delivery of large-scale data center construction. You'll help coordinate cross-functional teams of engineering, procurement, and construction professionals to seamlessly meet project milestones. You'll support the monitoring of project risks and contribute to building robust contingency plans that protect the project's critical path. You'll work directly with clients to understand their mission-critical needs and help build the trusted relationships that are key to our success. You'll contribute your insights to continuously improve our project management processes, tools, and best practices, increasing the entire team's efficiency. You'll assist in managing multiple, complex project components simultaneously, ensuring each one progresses toward its objectives on schedule. You'll help prepare and deliver clear, concise project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned. You'll support the facilitation of Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS), collaborating with discipline leads, vendors, and clients to build a unified project vision. You'll aid in establishing the project's critical path and contribute to its ongoing analysis, helping us anticipate and navigate challenges proactively. You'll ensure all project activities adhere to the highest standards of company policy, safety protocols, and legal/regulatory compliance. On-site at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a construction project management role, preferably within mission-critical, industrial, or data center environments

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera P6) and tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks
  • EIT, LEED AP, or PMP certification (or working towards one)
  • Direct experience with data center or other large-scale technical construction projects
