As a Data Center Commissioning Supervisor, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning activities for mission-critical data center facilities. This includes overseeing the productivity of field service technicians and ensuring the satisfaction of service customers. You will create and promote a safe working environment for technicians, making safety the first priority at all times. The majority of your time will be spent supporting, developing, and holding technicians accountable to deliver high-quality results. You are expected to own financial performance for your area of responsibility and follow established standards to create an efficient and quality service offering. Additionally, you must address employee and customer concerns quickly to resolve issues, analyze metrics daily to ensure work is flowing productively, and objectives are being met. Lastly, you are expected to maintain current product knowledge and policy procedures to ensure systems are supported as intended by manufacturer warranty guidelines.
