About The Position

Structured Cabling Technicians will be responsible for the installation, termination, and testing of low voltage cabling systems for new construction and within active facilities. This requires reading, comprehending, and adhering to project design drawings/plans, specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and installation standards while installing and/or decommissioning critical cabling and network infrastructure in a Data Center environment. Technicians must deliver project installations according to the customer’s expectations and exhibit the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Knowledge of safe and appropriate use of basic hand tools for Telecom and Construction Industry.
• Reliable source of daily transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English and identify colors.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Fiber Optic Association Certifications
• BICSI Technical Certification

Responsibilities
