Requirements

• Experience in data center development, construction, engineering, or site acquisition.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and environmental considerations in data center operations.
• Expertise in financial modeling and risk analysis related to data centers and energy infrastructure.
• Proven experience in project management and operations within large-scale projects.
• Ability to integrate sustainable practices into data center operations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in private equity or investment banking related to technology investments.
• Familiarity with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes.
• Knowledge of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire sites for large-scale data centers, including conducting market research and feasibility studies.
• Source reliable and sustainable power solutions, negotiate power agreements, and assess energy infrastructure.
• Plan, design, and oversee the construction of data centers, ensuring mission-critical infrastructure is met.
• Manage supply chain processes, including procurement and logistics, optimizing vendor relationships.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis specific to data centers and energy infrastructure investments.
• Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions within data center operations, optimizing power usage and implementing renewable energy sources.
• Lead cross-functional teams in managing large-scale data center projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
