About The Position
Ryan Stuart Development (“RSD”) is a growing, resourceful, and nimble Commercial Real Estate Investment & Development firm headquartered in the Metro DC Region. Ryan Stuart Development currently owns and/or controls land with a future development potential of approximately 2 million square feet with an estimated total development value of over $1B, which includes townhome, multifamily, and mixed-use development opportunities. We’re on the hunt for a data center industry expert who can hit the ground running! If you have deep knowledge in site selection, land acquisitions, and data center land retail value, we want you to bring your expertise to our team. You’ll play a key role in driving projects forward and making impactful decisions. Within our organization, we’ve mastered evaluating power availability for data center sites, and we’re looking for someone excited to be a part of this unique advantage.
