As a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.

  • Design and Automate Reports: Build automated, scalable reporting solutions and key business metrics using Python, SQL, and AWS QuickSight.
  • Data Strategy & Governance: Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and security across multiple data sources, helping establish and enforce best practices in data management.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights.
  • Data Integration & ETL Pipelines: Develop and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources, including ad platforms, customer databases, and web analytics.
  • Dashboard & Visualization Development: Design interactive dashboards and real-time reporting solutions using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Make conclusions from your analysis, present your results, and advocate for proposed next steps to key decision makers.
  • Monitor and audit data quality to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Mentor & Train: Provide guidance to junior analysts on best practices for SQL querying, data visualization, and report automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with AWS Quicksight.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization libraries).
  • Experience with AWS services (QuickSight, Athena, Redshift, Glue, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and conduct complex data analysis.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as a Database Administrator is a plus.
