About The Position

Qualitrol, an operating company of Ralliant and a global leader in monitoring solutions for critical electrical infrastructure, is seeking a Data & Automation Analyst Co-op to support enterprise analytics and digital transformation initiatives.This role is ideal for a technically curious student who enjoys building scalable data solutions, automating workflows, and turning complex datasets into meaningful business insights using modern Microsoft technologies.
You will work hands-on within the Microsoft data ecosystem, helping drive smarter decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar data tools.
• Exposure to automation concepts and workflow design (Power Automate experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling and DAX development.
• Support data engineering and analytics workflows within Microsoft Fabric, including lakehouse and pipeline environments.
• Develop and deploy Power Automate flows to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with data transformation, validation, and quality assurance across multiple enterprise systems.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Document technical solutions and establish scalable best practices for long-term sustainability.
