Job Summary This is an entry-level position where the candidate will assist the Investors, Supervisors & Directors in stewardship of media buys across multiple media outlets and accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Media schedule data management – 95%
  • Communicate effectively across media outlets and with sales representative
  • Request pre-logs and post-logs from media vendors
  • Input/check post-logs in Core (response analysis system)
  • Gather ad rates, and send schedules to media outlets
  • Confirm media schedules
  • Work across brand planning & other activation teams to ensure best results for client
  • Manage traffic needs
  • Clerical – 5%
