Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Architecture Manager in Denver, CO. The job duties include designing and implementing data warehouse solutions and models, architecting the overall data strategy, including data model designs, database standards, and managing data warehouses and analytics systems aligned with client business processes. The role also involves designing data integration solutions that fully integrate with the customer's existing infrastructure (both on-premises and cloud), focusing on data flow, security, and business requirements. Additionally, the position requires creating physical and logical architecture solution roadmaps for linking services solutions with client business processes and technologies, designing and developing high-volume data ingestion components and ETL solutions using Informatica and Databricks ETL application suites, ensuring data quality and controls for various data ingestion inflows and outflow processes, and developing solutions to evaluate architectural alternatives for cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and other cloud services. The Data Architecture Manager will also recommend data governance processes, security standards, and models to provide architectural guidelines for development initiatives, manage end-to-end data architecture, consult and collaborate with technology leaders, business partners, and peer groups on product features, and partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to align technical design and strategy with the product roadmap.

  • 5 years of experience in creating and optimizing logical and physical data models.
  • 5 years of experience utilizing ETL tools, including Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or Ab Initio.
  • 5 years of experience implementing data warehousing solutions using Oracle Exadata.
  • 5 years of experience driving key architectural and design decisions.
  • 3 years of experience managing projects and providing solutions for complex requirements.
  • 3 years of experience utilizing SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA for data migration.
  • 3 years of experience utilizing Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Cassandra, or Kafka for data processing.
  • 3 years of experience performing data modeling using Erwin Data Modeler and Oracle SQL Developer.
  • 3 years of experience managing databases using Oracle Database, MySQL, MS SQL Server, and MongoDB.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.
