As an AI & Data leader, you will coach our up-and-coming leaders and help develop their careers, in addition to guiding our diverse multi-disciplinary workforces, on a day-to-day basis on solving our client’s data challenges. The work: You will be part of a highly collaborative and growing network of technology and data experts, who are taking on today’s biggest, most complex business challenges using the latest data and analytics technologies. As an AI & Data Senior Manager, you will leverage deep expertise in strategy development, value architecture, and operating model design to influence client agendas through actionable business insights. Your work will drive data-driven reinvention and cultural transformation. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience delivering advanced data, analytics, data science, and AI solutions, with 5+ years operating at a Senior Manager or equivalent leadership level within a service‑based / consulting organization, supporting complex, client‑facing engagements.
  • Minimum of 5 years of and deep, hands‑on expertise in Meta‑internal data platforms and tooling, including Dataswarm, Unidash, Scuba, Scribe, Prestissimo, and Nest, with the ability to design, execute, and operate solutions directly within Meta’s ecosystem.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience designing, building, and governing Meta‑specific data architectures, including: UDM and Meta internal data governance, quality, and access‑control frameworks
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong track record of engineering scalable data pipelines, enabling downstream analytics and data science workloads on large‑scale datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in a services environment with multiple clients, leading parallel delivery streams across different business contexts, managing competing priorities, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale multiple client‑facing data programs, with accountability for scope, delivery outcomes, risk management, and long‑term client relationships.
  • Strong Data Science experience, including applying statistical analysis, experimentation, and modeling techniques to business problems.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing Marketing Data Clean Rooms.
  • Strong functional and technical expertise in Marketing Analytics, combined with working knowledge of Supply Chain and Reality Labs data domains, enabling end‑to‑end ownership from strategy through execution.
  • End‑to‑end ownership of analytics, data science, and internal tooling delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience driving AI‑enabled and GenAI‑powered solutions, including automation, intelligent internal tools, and self‑service analytics that scale across multiple client initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading portfolio‑level Marketing and Supply Chain data programs for a single strategic client within a consulting model.
  • A track record of establishing clean room‑based measurement or collaboration capabilities that become reusable platforms rather than one‑off solutions.
  • Proven ability to reduce delivery risk and ramp‑up time through deep platform knowledge, institutional context, and trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience mentoring and developing senior consultants, managers, data scientists, and technical leads within a services‑based delivery model.
