Lead and define the enterprise data strategy aligned with long-term business objectives. Design and implement scalable, secure and flexible data architecture for data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate data initiatives with business needs. Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge data technologies, focusing on Snowflake as the primary data warehouse. Oversee data integration across systems and departments, supporting real-time and batch processing. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Utilize programming languages such as Python and SQL to design and implement optimized data solutions. Architect and deploy optimized data solutions, including data models, data warehouses, data lakes, data lake houses, and integration pipelines, to ensure seamless data delivery for business consumption. Create and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes using industry-standard ETL/ELT tools to support diverse data flows. Stay updated on industry trends, latest technologies and trends in data architecture. Work closely with IT teams, data scientists, and data analysts to ensure system consistency. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
