As a Data Architect at Slalom Consulting, you will be part of a modern technology company that is at the forefront of disrupting the market. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of technologists who are passionate about building strategies, solutions, and creative products to address complex business challenges faced by clients. You will assist in designing multi-phased cloud data strategies, which includes developing comprehensive implementation roadmaps that guide the execution of these strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in leading the creation of technology roadmaps that are based on prioritized business needs, ensuring that the solutions developed are aligned with client objectives. In this position, you will design and develop scalable data ingestion frameworks that can transform a variety of datasets, serving as a subject matter expert in cloud platforms for the larger Slalom Data & Analytics practice. You will also contribute to the global Slalom community by sharing insights and best practices. Your responsibilities will include delivering on the technical scope of projects, demonstrating thought leadership both at client sites and within Slalom, and gathering technical requirements to assess client capabilities. This will involve analyzing findings to design appropriate cloud solutions and adoption strategies. You will be expected to research, analyze, recommend, and select technical approaches for solving complex development and integration problems. Staying deeply involved in designing and deploying end-to-end solutions with cloud platform analytics services will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will conduct and lead whiteboarding sessions, workshops, and project meetings to support data-enabled solutions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
