About The Position

We are in search of a highly experienced Data Governance Architect with 10-15+ years of experience in Governance organization and resource model setup, as well as expertise in implementing MDM, DQ, and Data Catalog solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building strategies, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. The responsibilities include designing and configuring tools on SaaS platforms, defining Critical Data Entities, prioritizing Use Cases, ensuring business requirements are met, collaborating with technical architects, establishing Data Governance framework and policies, and working with data stewards to standardize, match, and merge business rules.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in Governance organization and resource model setup
  • Expertise in implementing MDM, DQ, and Data Catalog solutions
  • Proven track record in building strategies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Expertise in Data Governance and Master Data Management
  • Strong understanding of Data Quality concepts and practices
  • Proficient in communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience creating Data Models and collaborating with MDM Solution Architects
  • Experience collaborating with GEA Technical Architects for project development
  • Experience developing Data Governance policies, processes, and standards with business stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and implementing Data Governance framework and policies
  • Designing and configuring tools on the SaaS Platform
  • Defining Critical Data Entities, Attributes, and Relationships
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize Use Cases and solutions
  • Developing and maintaining Data Governance Run Book
  • Working with data stewards to design, develop, and configure business rules for standardization, matching, and merging
