Data Architect with HEDIS, CMS Interoperability (FHIR) - Health Care Payer Domain MUST HAVE
About The Position
Experience & Skills: Expertise in Data Architecture, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS etc.) In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDs, HIE, USCDI-US Core etc.). Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, PySpark and Python. Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin. Experience with integration tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, IBM Datastage, Informatica etc. Understanding of business intelligence (BI) and analytics platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, preferably in the healthcare industry. 5+ years of experience with managing large-scale data systems in healthcare. 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing interoperability solutions in healthcare. 5+ years of experience in solutioning cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake etc.) Experience with major EHR systems like Epic, Cerner etc. is plus.
