About The Position
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data architecture, data/information science or related field and 2 years of relevant experience Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases in a data warehousing environment Logical and physical data modeling experience and use of a modeling tool such as Erwin Working knowledge of analytical data management environments such as data marts, operational data stores, data warehouses or data lakes Experience in systems development working with enterprise systems and third-party applications or demonstrated proficiency with software applications, technical skills and business processes Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience researching topics to gain knowledge and understanding when information gaps exist Ability to collaborate effectively with others from wide variety of backgrounds and cultures Preferred Qualifications Experience using Ellucian’s Banner enterprise resource planning solution, operational data store, and enterprise data warehouse Experience using the Oracle Database Management System Experience using Microsoft Power Platform products, namely Power BI or other data access tool for reporting and analysis Experience using Oracle Data Integrator or other data sourcing tool for ETL Experience using IData’s Data Cookbook or other metadata management tool for metadata management Experience using a customer relationship management ( CRM ) system such as Slate Experience working in a higher education environment
