About The Position
12+ years experience REQUIRED SKILLS Expertise in FHIR R4 specification and resources Proficiency with HL7 Implementation Guides (IGs) Deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards Architecture experience with Azure Databricks and Spark Smile CDR administration and configuration Advanced PostgreSQL and JSONB data modeling REST API design patterns ETL/ELT pipeline architecture design KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design. Design and validate FHIR data models covering 33 resources and 357 attributes. Establish governance for IG profile conformance (US Core, CARIN BB, Da Vinci PAS/Plan-Net/HRex/DTR). Architect the integration pipeline from Gold Layer to FHIR server. Serve as the technical decision authority and conduct code reviews. Plan for performance engineering and system scalability to handle bulk data loads.
