As a Data/API Analyst within PNC's Data and Analytics Technology organization, you will be based in Strongsville-OH or Pittsburgh-PA.

  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems and effectively triage and resolve data consistency and quality issues.
  • Work with consuming applications to help resolve their data-related issues.
  • Design new as well as update Rest API and Kafka event Services.
  • Define endpoints, data formats, and authentication methods, while also considering factors like security, performance, and best practices.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them to API Design.
  • Build integration solution with IBM MDM AE product, Mongo DB and Kafka.
  • Implement API design best practices and use modern API design patterns.
  • Support technical planning, estimation, development, testing and UAT support.
  • Participate in production incident analysis and issue resolution.
  • Work in Agile environment using JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Experience with Oracle databases and SQL programming.
  • Knowledge of SOAP Web services, XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, Postman.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
  • Accurate technical writing skills.
  • Good oral and written communication; presentation skills.
  • UML, BPMN, workflow design.
  • Teradata, MongoDB, IBM Db2.
  • Master Data Management Customer Domain.
