The IT Support & ITSM Intern will support day‑to‑day IT operations while gaining hands‑on experience with enterprise service management practices. This role provides exposure to end‑user support, ITIL‑aligned processes, ticketing systems, and continuous service improvement initiatives. The intern will work closely with IT support engineers, service managers, and business stakeholders to help deliver reliable and efficient technology services. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early‑career professional interested in IT operations, service management, and cybersecurity‑aware support environments. Duration and Location: This is a full-time summer internship position, with a duration of 8 weeks, Monday through Thursday, starting May 18th. The internship will be in Raleigh, NC.
