The Data & Solutions Lead will serve as the program’s primary owner for data visualization, reporting, and operational workflow solutions. This role is responsible for building all dashboards used to measure program health, training compliance, audit readiness, performance trends, and operational metrics across multi-state sites. The ideal candidate combines technical strength in Power BI, SharePoint, workflow automation, and data modeling with strong business insight and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable reporting solutions.
