Brentwood Behavioral offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. The Data Risk Analyst supports the Director of Risk, Quality, and Regulatory Improvement by identifying potential sources of organizational risk, advising leadership on exposure, and recommending strategies to minimize or eliminate vulnerabilities. This role is responsible for conducting performance audits, monitoring quality and risk trends, developing and revising policies and procedures, and providing staff training to ensure compliance and safety. The Data Risk Analyst also contributes to the structure and functionality of the organization’s Risk Management and Quality Improvement Programs in alignment with standards set by The Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory agencies, while assisting in the ongoing monitoring, evaluation, planning, and implementation of the facility-wide Quality Improvement Program.
