Data and Risk Analyst Opportunity – Full Time. Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented full-time Data and Risk Analyst . Must have current RHIA Certification/licensure. Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120 bed capacity behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric services. We specialize in treatment for adults, children and adolescents. Brentwood Behavioral offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. Located in Flowood, MS, in Rankin County with close proximity to Hinds and Madison Counties, our outpatient services are within driving distance to many surrounding areas. The Data Risk Analyst supports the Director of Risk, Quality, and Regulatory Improvement by identifying potential sources of organizational risk, advising leadership on exposure, and recommending strategies to minimize or eliminate vulnerabilities. This role is responsible for conducting performance audits, monitoring quality and risk trends, developing and revising policies and procedures, and providing staff training to ensure compliance and safety. The Data Risk Analyst also contributes to the structure and functionality of the organization’s Risk Management and Quality Improvement Programs in alignment with standards set by The Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory agencies, while assisting in the ongoing monitoring, evaluation, planning, and implementation of the facility-wide Quality Improvement Program. Requirements

Associate Degree with 1-3 years experiance in hospital setting
Current RHIA certification/licensure

Nice To Haves

Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years experiance in hospitall setting
