Reporting and Analysis Utilize database, ClientTrack (CT), query tool to extract data from database Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs Utilize reporting tools, including Excel, to model, analyze, and visualize data Prepare, structure, and validate data to ensure accuracy before reporting Ensure high data quality by identifying and resolving data and reporting issues Maintain, update, and deliver required reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles Create dashboards to demonstrate program and agency impact Communicate results with stakeholders so data is understood and actionable ClientTrack Database Administration Manage CT database system configuration Partner with Director of Client Experience, Client Data Analytics Manager, and Client Services team to define and prioritize database changes that meet program processes and provide required data Manage database user access and administrative tasks Maintain and update CT user documentation Collaborate with external data consultant to maintain database and ensure it is meeting core functions Troubleshoot and solve database issues encountered by end users About IOCP We are a human service nonprofit that provides services in food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services, and childcare resources to those residing in our service area.
