  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking products, systems, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Technical expertise with data collection and reporting systems.

  • Experience with statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to provide design and information for business system applications.
  • Analyze data extracts and reports to identify trends and establish key indicators for management.
  • Utilize databases and information systems to identify areas for improvement and new products.
  • Develop strategic and tactical analytics that support dashboards and key indicators.
  • Partner with TAG programmers, external vendors, and business partners to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports ensuring consistency and compliance with regulations.
  • Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations and keep up to date on changes.
  • Follow all bank policies and procedures and complete required training.
  • Maintain knowledge of Bank's policies regarding Bank Secrecy Act and other regulations.
  • Coach, mentor, or train others as a subject matter expert.
