The Data and Reporting Analyst - Hardware Life Cycle Management plays a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of IT hardware assets and supports the objective of the Life Cycle Management team, with the primary goal of gathering and analyzing asset data, determining End of Support and Technical debt. Partners with IT Asset Management team, in the analysis and validation of LCM/CMBD data to determine LCM Roadmap. Works closely with Infrastructure and Solutions Delivery teams regularly to review LCM investment recommendations. Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA.

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of hardware assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, lifecycle phase, risk assessments and provide actionable insights.
  • Research and identify asset type, model and inventory counts to develop technical debt investment forecasts.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards using PowerPoint and Power Bi to track hardware inventory, Lifecycle phase and performance metrics.
  • Develop and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for technical debt reduction and efficiency improvements in hardware management.
  • Ensure all hardware assets comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with IT, procurement, and project teams to align hardware management strategies with organizational goals.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in hardware lifecycle management and data analysis
  • Data analysis skills, ability to process and collate large amounts of data
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong Organizational and Strategy focused skills
  • Strong time management skills with the Ability to complete tasks and determine priorities
  • Analytical mindset, statistics experience
  • Communication skills with ability to engage Executive Leadership
  • Develop presentations/briefings and deliver to executive leadership
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • IT experience in Retail environment
  • Strong Power Bi development experience
  • Technical Undergraduate degree
  • Familiarity with CMDBs
  • Service Now tool experience preferred
