The Data and Project Analyst - Business Process Improvement works on the end-to-end supply chain process and the data that supports operational results. This individual will be accountable for coordinating and performing data extracts and analysis across diverse business systems leading to fact-based decisions and action, supporting the Business Process Improvement team. The role will support and participate on cross functional teams aimed at value improvement initiatives to increase business process efficiency, compliance and performance of processes to achieve business objectives. The individual will create and execute methodologies to leverage data to measure performance, model outcomes and generate proposals to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Responsible for coordinating data and organizing information with a focus on Supply Chain processes and practices.
  • Utilizes and compiles data from various systems/repositories (JDE, GLIMS) to meet internal/external reporting needs.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives with regular tracking, develop dashboards, interactive visual reports, and data analysis in Power BI.
  • Maintains reporting documents, files, correspondence, meeting minutes and other appropriate and applicable documents, databases and corresponding logs.
  • Manages workloads, deadline requirements, and dedicated resources to meet the needs of internal/external customers with respect to reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc data requests.
  • Work cross-functionally and leverage various data sources to proactively identify, quantify, and prioritize hypothesis testing experiments to increase identified metrics and practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent communications capabilities, business acumen, and resource management.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering degrees are preferred).
  • 1-3 years of Power BI experience.
  • 2-3 years of JDE experience.
  • Microsoft Visio proficient.
  • Expertise in MS Excel.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
