About The Position

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills ⦁ Define and implement the test strategy for data pipelines, ETL processes, reporting dashboards, and analytics models. ⦁ Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and business analysts to understand data flows, transformation logic, and reporting requirements. ⦁ Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, integration, and UAT phases. ⦁ Experienced in Commercial Insurance Premium Booking/Financials booking processes Roles & Responsibilities ⦁ 8+ years of experience in software/data testing, with 3+ years in data engineering or BI testing. ⦁ Strong expertise in Databricks, Informatica, SQL, SSIS, and SSRS. ⦁ Experience in data validation, ETL testing, and report verification. ⦁ Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments. ⦁ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ⦁ ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred. ⦁ Act as the primary point of contact for testing leadership during transition. ⦁ Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project goals. ⦁ Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and strategic connects to drive consensus and resolve conflicts ⦁ Risk & Compliance - Identify transition risks and develop mitigation plans. ⦁ Ensure all testing artifacts, environments, and tools are transitioned securely and compliantly. ⦁ Support audit and compliance teams with required documentation. ⦁ Metrics & Reporting - Define KPIs for transition success (e.g., defect leakage, test coverage, KT effectiveness). ⦁ Provide weekly dashboards and executive summaries to customer and internal leadership.

Requirements
