As an AI strategist you amplify the strategic vision of the Department of Defense (DoD) by making AI core to the strategy, ensuring robust governance and supporting cross functional teams to deliver value to the organization. You'll transform, modernize, and create efficiency in the DoD by implementing technology, data management, and experience design. Using data analysis and defining technical requirements, you'll work alongside key stakeholders and other team members to share your expertise on technical ecosystems and implement transformative data, technology, processes, and governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with digital transformation and data or AI strategy implementations.
• Experience with Agile framework methodologies and tools.
• Experience facilitating scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and practical AI capabilities.
• Experience collecting and analyzing trends to define high value use cases.
• Ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Ability to apply frameworks aligned to digital transformation efforts for the DoD.
• Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience with data analysis, process automation, UI, UX, and AI.

• Experience planning and executing large projects, including client engagement.
