What You Will Do: Design and implement ML and Agentic architectures across a wide range of business domains. Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities, efficiency, and scalability. Establish and enforce best practices for agentic systems, including protocol adoption, agent / tool strategies, reasoning orchestration and basic functions such as context management and memory capabilities Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to translate AI models into operational value. Maintain and continuously improve the operational model of the platform, including working with the Operations team to provide best-in-class monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and disaster recovery procedures. Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities, robustness, efficiency, security and scalability. Partner with the enterprise architecture and data and AI governance teams to align the platform capabilities and controls to internal and external Legal, Cyber and Governance requirements. Partner with teams implementing “embedded” [COTS] agents to integrate into the platform.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, systems engineering, software, or related area with demonstrated technical skills in the above areas
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
