The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role is for a Senior Data Analyst who will develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards, transforming data using Alteryx and SQL to deliver actionable insights. The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders at various leadership levels, translating complex data into business strategies.
