This program provides exposure to advanced analytics tools, real-world business challenges, and collaboration with experienced professionals across Devon.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives.
• Assist in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using modern analytics tools.
• Support the development and maintenance of data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Participate in the creation and documentation of analytical workflows and reporting processes.
• Help identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within business data to support decision-making.
• Provide support for application and reporting solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy.
• Learn and apply best practices in data quality, data governance, and data security.
• Engage in team meetings and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to business operations and technology strategies.
• Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and industry trends through active learning and professional development.
