About The Position

TA Plus (TA+) is an innovative digital platform designed to empower older adults to live purposeful, connected, and engaged lives. As part of Transforming Age, a nonprofit organization committed to shifting how aging is perceived and experienced, we build technology, community services, and partnerships that create meaningful opportunities for older adults. TA+ helps seniors and their families stay engaged, informed, and supported as they explore living options and care services. We are hiring a Data Analytics Summer Intern to help us turn user data into actionable insights and help improve the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated content within the platform! This role will work closely with our Director of Operations and our developer team to understand user behavior, evaluate AI-driven activities, and strengthen the platform experience. This is a mission driven, high impact internship where your work will directly influence how older adults engage with technology.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working in Google Analytics and Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Curiosity and interest in understanding user behavior and AI performance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights clearly.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), custom events, and basic funnel or cohort analysis.
  • Experience with any data visualization tools (such as Looker Studio or Tableau).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts or tools such as Google Ads or Google Ad Manager.
  • Interest in AI, prompt design, and evaluating AI-generated content.
  • Interest in aging services, digital health, or social impact technology.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior using Google Analytics.
  • Track KPIs including new user acquisition, DAU, session patterns, and activity interactions.
  • Identify trends in engagement and retention and recommend data informed improvements.
  • Evaluate funnel performance and suggest enhancements to onboarding and activity flows.
  • Evaluate AI-generated activities using a structured quality rubric focused on clarity, relevance, accessibility, and engagement.
  • Use data and user feedback to identify patterns in AI content quality and improve prompt design.
  • Run small A/B or structured comparison tests to measure the impact of prompt or content variations.
  • Provide insights on what drives activity completion, satisfaction, and relevance.
  • Help design scalable QA workflows for reviewing AI-generated activities and provider listings.
  • Propose validation rules that strengthen the accuracy and completeness of provider and content data.
  • Create lightweight dashboards or reports that help the team make informed decisions.
  • Support the development of a repeatable feedback loop between analytics, AI content generation, and product iteration.
