The Data Analytics Summer Intern program at John Deere is designed for students who have completed at least one year of their Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply data science and data engineering skills to real-world business problems within various departments and functional areas. Interns will engage in a 2-3 month summer internship, where they will lead and support key analytics projects, manage and work with large, diverse data sets, and learn to apply appropriate data science techniques to solve business challenges. The program emphasizes collaboration with data and analytics colleagues as well as key business stakeholders, providing a comprehensive learning experience in a supportive environment. Interns will have the chance to work across multiple functional areas, including Financial Services, IT, Precision Agriculture, Customer & Product Support, Supply Management, Sales & Marketing, Order Fulfillment, and Engineering. This exposure allows interns to gain insights into different aspects of the business while honing their analytical skills.
