About The Position

The Senior Analyst on the Data Analytics team at Sevita will leverage data and analytics skills to enhance metrics across Finance, HR, and Operations. This role focuses on tracking, measuring, and predicting outcomes to improve the lives of individuals served by the organization. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in reporting and/or analytics; 5-7 years' related experience with strategic consulting experience in a top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Strong commitment to providing quality customer service and client interaction.
• Strong technical skills preferred including SQL or similar database management languages and Power BI or similar dashboard products.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director, Data Analytics on analytics projects including insights presentations, research analysis, and statistical testing.
• Develop and deliver consolidated metrics and reporting in self-service dashboards or reports, ensuring consistency and standardization.
• Provide data to senior management that highlights business challenges using meaningful analytics and make recommendations based on identified patterns and trends.
• Facilitate ad hoc reporting and data requests, seeking opportunities for self-service and automation.
• Support strategic initiatives using effective intake processes to drive data centralization and automation of analytics.
