Requirements

Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and distributed datastores.
Proficiency in coding languages (SQL, Java, C, Python) and testing methods.
Strong understanding of data management, quality standards, and governance.
Ability to apply advanced analytical modeling techniques and statistical methods.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data visually and influence business decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Identify and evaluate data sources, ensuring data is fit for purpose and meets business requirements.
Perform initial data quality checks and support data strategy initiatives, including governance and accessibility.
Develop, test, and deploy analytical models, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Create impactful data visualizations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Translate business problems into data solutions and provide recommendations to drive business value.
