The Data & Analytics Senior Team Leader manages a team of analysts to meet the data and analytical needs of their designated business partners. Works closely with their assigned partners to understand their business needs for applied data, reporting and analytics. With their team, develops and delivers analytical solutions focused on providing valuable business insights.

  • Identifies analytical solutions that address the needs of assigned business partners.
  • Delivers analytical solutions in a timely and accurate manner, focusing on the business 'so what' resulting from the analytics.
  • Leverages deep understanding of the business of assigned partners to recommend opportunities to create value through applied data and analytics.
  • Manages the use of analytical tools and data platforms, including oversight of SAP Business Intelligence and Tableau.
  • Applies relevant advanced analytical techniques to create value-added insights for business partners.
  • Monitors industry trends and best practices in data and analytics to recommend new data environments, tools, and methods.
  • Leads the design, development, and delivery of data visualization strategies utilizing Tableau.
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of executive dashboards and reports.
  • Directly supervises a cohesive, high performing team and coaches team members to develop their consultative skills.
  • Ensures the effective design and integrity of data quality.
  • Identifies and prioritizes opportunities to improve the accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the inherent risk of managing data assets and ensures compliance with bank policies.
  • Maintains a good working relationship with Bank employees.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Requires a four-year degree in data science, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, business, economics, and/or quantitative discipline preferred.
  • Ten plus years general business experience.
  • Five to ten years analytics and/or management experience preferred.
