Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience performing data analysis.
  • Experience using a variety of data tools and software.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years' experience in SQL or other scripting languages such as Python with experience writing complex queries and optimizing performance
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data analytics platforms, including Data modeling ETL development and orchestration, Performance tuning and query optimization
  • Proficiency in dashboarding tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Experience with GenAI tools or frameworks for data analysis or automation
  • Understanding utility industry operations, especially in customer service domains
  • Experience performing analysis, testing hypotheses, and generating customer insights
  • Experience working with SAS

Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and automatically load data from various sources.
  • Develops and maintain scripts for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Apply statistical techniques to analyze program data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAS and other tools to communicate findings effectively.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness by assessing key metrics.
  • Quantify the impact of interventions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure accurate results.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
