About The Position

The Senior Associate partners closely with cross-functioning Analytics, Planning and Investment teams to support data operations and performance optimizations. You should have a growing understanding of tools within the media analytics and research space, as well as experience in data collection, quality, and governance to facilitate reporting and modeling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Math, Business, or Sciences preferred) with 2+ years' experience in data analytics or BI.
  • Experience with data operations preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to communicate across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with key platforms preferred:
  • Preferred: Power BI, DOMO, Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL
  • Ad Tech: Flashtalking/Innovid, GCM, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP
  • Coding: R, Python, SQL (preferred)
  • Media Buying: Prisma (preferred)
  • Research Tools: Kantar, Cint, Upwave, Circana, 1P lift studies

Responsibilities

  • Own the integration and organization of media data across platforms / Partners (e.g., Paid Social, Display, Video, Search, Programmatic)
  • Conduct thorough data cleaning, transformation, and QA to ensure consistency and reliability
  • Partner with cross-functioning Data Operations teams to validate data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data alignment
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, logic, and processes for transparency and auditability
  • Proactively identify data discrepancies, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed
  • Assist in maintenance and optimizations of recurring performance dashboards and KPI tracking (e.g., ROI, purchase intent, site analytics).
  • Stay informed on evolving media platforms and data specs to inform best practices
