About The Position

As a Data Analytics Program Manager supporting a federal public safety broadband client, you will be trusted to manage and oversee analytics initiatives that support operational awareness, performance management, and strategic decision-making. You will be accountable for planning, execution, and delivery of analytics work, ensuring data products meet mission needs, quality standards, and delivery timelines. This role requires a balance of program management rigor, analytics fluency, and stakeholder leadership to ensure analytics efforts are effectively governed, well-coordinated, and impactful.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, business analytics, information systems management, cybersecurity, engineering
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including managing or leading analytics, reporting, or data-driven programs
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Program Manager or senior lead for data, analytics, or information management programs
  • Demonstrated experience supporting first responder, emergency management or public safety programs.
  • Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams in support of analytics or data-driven initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior government leadership
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing scope, schedule, and delivery of complex work efforts
  • Strong ability to translate technical analytics into executive-ready insights
  • Experience supporting federal government programs or large, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with government leadership for analytics initiatives, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Lead program planning and execution across multiple analytics workstreams, including schedules, priorities, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Direct multidisciplinary analytics teams, including analysts, engineers, and subject matter experts, to deliver program outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports, and analytics products that provide timely, actionable insights.
  • Establish and maintain governance, quality standards, and consistency across all analytics deliverables.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations to support senior-level decision-making.
  • Drive the development and execution of data and analytics strategies aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
  • Manage program budgets and financial tracking to ensure cost-effective delivery and compliance with constraints.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible program documentation, including plans, status reports, and technical artifacts.
  • Provide concise program-level reporting to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the project management lifecycle, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and government regulations, addressing any issues that arise.
