THE ROLE: As the Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage End-to-End ownership of overall solutions for innovative products. Solid program management of various software development teams, monitoring the quality of the resulting software deliverables and a strong partnership with the customer support teams are the key focus area of this role. THE PERSON: The right candidate will have solid knowledge of program management, impeccable track record of delivering complex software programs, and experience with Device Drivers, Firmware, Graphics technology, SOC product development and customer facing experience.

- Ability to work with large, complex data sets and database building
- Advanced Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language): Expertise in writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, joins, and views to extract and transform data efficiently from relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Skilled in using programming languages like Python (with libraries like Pandas and NumPy) or R to identify inconsistencies, handle missing values, reshape, merge, and clean terabytes of raw data for analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and data processing skills using tools like PowerBI, SQL, MS Project/Excel
- Power BI: Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query (M), Data Modeling, Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Data Sources: SQL Server, MySQL, Databricks, Postgres, SAP HANA, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Excel, SharePoint.
- Tools/Languages: SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), DAX Studio, Excel (Pivot Tables)
- Other: Power Automate
- Familiar with programming languages such as Perl, C, tcl, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or is desired
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving business processes and analytics that enable effective and efficient engineering of GPU
- Design, maintain & publish reports, and dashboards utilized as a standard for the engineering team
- Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to inform development and enable program evaluation of design quality and schedule
- Drive adoption and operational rigor across the organization through gap analysis and proactive & creative problem solving
- Plan and execute programs focusing on quality and deadlines
- Drives completion of all required deliverables, with a focus on customer quality feedback and established deadlines
- Creates and maintains project management artifacts such as schedule, resource and resource forecast, risk and issues logs
- Provides unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications
- Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
- Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special attention or escalations to identify corrective actions
- Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports
- Strong self-motivator, with a sense of urgency when needed and strong crisis management skills
