About The Position

The Data Analytics Manager at Hertz will lead operations analysis, reporting, and tool development for senior management and field leadership within the Transportation Network Company (TNC). This role is crucial for supporting major strategic analytic projects and providing operational insights to facilitate informed decision-making for both field operators and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8 years' experience in Data Management
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Security, or a related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Expert proficiency in Data Management
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop tools, dashboards, and analysis to assist field leaders in making real-time decisions.
• Provide cross-functional analytical support to various departments including Maintenance, Fleet Management, Marketing, and Finance.
• Ensure dashboards and tools accurately represent actions and meet the expectations of field leaders.
• Code and develop automated performance reports and maintenance reporting for accuracy and efficiency.
• Build reliable, efficient, testable, and maintainable data pipelines using ETL tools and open-source frameworks.
• Manage division or enterprise reporting using Business Intelligence Reporting Platforms, preferably Tableau.
