Our team designs, develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions. In the position of Data Analytics Manager, you will be part of the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology Product Analytics team. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining solid relationships with key collaborators in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams. You will also be leading and coaching a team that will collaborate with the Digital Operations Center (DOC) on operational metrics. You will be interpreting data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and redefining it into actionable information to enhance Operational Excellence (OX). Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying application improvements and establishing metrics for measurement. Areas of focus will include, but are not limited to: Data Visualizations, Application performance analysis, Error patterns, top factors contributing to errors, and identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements: recommendations for performance and greater scalability.
