Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a data platform and data analysis environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects.
  • Experience leading teams of data analysts and data scientists.
  • Expert knowledge of tracking methodologies and attribution models for online and offline channels.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/SAS programming, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing data strategy to drive business goals.
  • Create, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to uncover trends and insights for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to support data-driven decision-making with actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the marketing stack in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Implement best practices for data hygiene, governance, and compliance.
  • Identify areas of opportunity based on data trends to inform new strategies or improvements.
  • Manage high visibility projects to resolve strategic issues for the organization.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources and document data definitions and quality requirements.
  • Review accuracy of data and results, coaching team members to maintain high standards.
