We are seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to lead a high-performing team of analysts focused on delivering insights that directly influence product strategy, commercial performance, and strategic OKR execution. This is a critical role within the SMB Analytics & Reporting function. You will be responsible for managing analytics workflows from intake to delivery, and aligning closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Product and Commercial teams. As PayPal transitions to a more automated, AI-native reporting environment, this leader will help bridge foundational execution with the organization's future vision-driving clarity, scale, and actionability across all analytics deliverables
