Client Experience Analytics (CxA) is looking for a talented Lead Data Analyst to join our team! Supporting the Institutional Investor Group, CxA aims to enhance financial well-being for all retirement participants through strategic insights and data-driven recommendations, continuously improving the institutional client experience and participant outcomes. This individual will be responsible for leading the analysis and reporting of participant behavior across the digital retirement experience. You will work closely with business partners to develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve our participants' experience with Vanguard. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in data analysis and a strong business acumen.
