About The Position

Position Purpose: Bank of Clarke is seeking a motivated Data Analytics Intern to join our Data Analytics group for the summer and be a part of the Bank of Clarke team. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in data preparation, visualization, and reporting. The internship position will have a weekly set schedule, with some flexibility based on the needs of the department as well as the intern.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Familiarity with Excel and Power BI.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Help collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems so it’s ready for analysis.
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.
Assist with basic data analysis and help summarize trends to share with internal teams.
Keep documentation up to date by tracking data sources, updates, and processes.
Work alongside analysts and business partners to learn requirements and help turn data into meaningful insights.
