As a Data Analytics Consultant, you will conduct analyses utilizing complex data, visualization, artificial intelligence, and statistical applications and techniques across a broad range of subject areas including sales, marketing, product, customer, and digital and non-digital channels. You will design and fulfill multi-channel campaigns and programs in partnership with marketing and sales, developing and recommending test designs and measurement plans to maximize effectiveness and learning. Advocating for a test and learn approach with an emphasis on financial performance will be a key part of your role. You will perform sales and marketing effectiveness analyses, providing regular communication of results, insights, and recommendations. Assisting with sales and marketing strategy development, you will support analytic solutions and statistical models that monitor and assess customer, competition, and market patterns and trends. Utilizing insights to inform planning, forecasting, analyses, and strategic decision-making will be essential. You will leverage both internal and external data, including competitive intelligence, third-party data, and market research, to provide analytics required for sales and marketing goal setting. Additionally, you will help facilitate goal-setting processes in partnership with sales and marketing leadership, identifying and implementing performance benchmarks informed by competitive data and third-party applications. Your role will also involve developing and presenting actionable insights and recommendations in non-technical terms to internal partners across the company. You will help improve data analytics team capabilities utilizing data, analytics, visualization, and marketing applications while maintaining collaborative, consultative relationships with internal partners and third-party consultants.
