Job Description This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associates degree from a community college or trade school. Those currently pursuing their bachelors degree or higher will not be considered for this role. Early Career Apprentice Program Want to work in your field and train on the job? Join our 12–24-month apprentice program! You will earn and learn on the job, receive career guidance and mentorship, all while attending school. Allstate will also provide tuition assistance and hands-on training in customer service and claims processing. Summary Responsible for leveraging data and analytics to answer moderately complex questions and influence business strategy. The position is also responsible for developing standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data reporting and data analytics. Should possess analytical thinking with good eye for detail to provide strategic guidance, create value, maximize growth, and improve business performance.

Requirements

• Experience in M365 such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Obtains, compiles, cleans, organizes, and analyzes complex data to understand business results
• Responsible for updating/publishing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, apart from handling ad-hoc request and reports for internal clients
• Identifies potential opportunities and trends
• Maintains critical resources
• Produces reoccurring reports and communications to various levels of leadership
• Communicates and presents project information to team
• Comfort with working in dynamic, data-driven environment
