Reporting to the CIO this is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of data-driven strategies, processes, and solutions within the organization. This position involves leading a team of data professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and business growth. Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
Leadership skills, including team management, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and drive change.
Ability to travel (10%)
Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in data analysis, data management, and analytics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and database management.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics techniques (machine learning, predictive modeling).
