About The Position

Join one of IQVIA’s Commercial Solutions Data Management teams, a dynamic group at the heart of our data infrastructure. This team is responsible for building and maintaining the product and sales data platforms that power insights across the enterprise. The group supports both legacy systems and evolving platforms, which is transforming how IQVIA manages pharmaceutical and device data. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment working closely with stakeholders in data science, data integrity, client services, and delivery teams. The team is known for its’ subject matter expertise, agility, technical depth, and commitment to quality. As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will support data analytics projects that address complex business challenges. You’ll serve as a connector between business needs and technical execution, helping to drive clarity, coordination, and resolution across multiple teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and enjoys blending technical skills with strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to lead meetings and drive resolution.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a production-oriented environment.
  • Project management experience (formal certification not required).
  • High growth potential and willingness to learn; industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to the design, development, and delivery of data analytics projects across product and sales data domains.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data queries and analyses using SQL and Excel.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve data issues, validate datasets, and support stakeholder inquiries.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups across Scion and legacy platforms.
  • Support data validation efforts for manufacturer-supplied datasets and internal reporting pipelines.
  • Own and manage small-to-medium scale projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
